Cistri is a new kind of consultancy in the region; independent from developers, contractors, or design firms, and built to offer meaningful, holistic advice for urban development. We work across economics, planning, and design to provide evidence-based, joined-up thinking on the complex urban challenges facing governments, investors, NGOs and communities. Whilst based in Singapore and focused on that market, we also provide services to our clients across Asia and the Middle East; and draw on our Australian company Urbis as required. The Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic and driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to spearhead Cistri's growth initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders to shape our market strategy, enhance our brand, and expand key client relationships.

In this role you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Cistri stakeholders, supporting revenue, business development, and marketing goals.
- Drive client growth strategies and pipeline development through insight, collaboration and execution.
- Manage strategic pursuits, tenders, and capability collateral aligned to priority sectors or clients.
- Drive collaborative work winning, brand optimisation, and client engagement behaviours and best practice through coaching, challenging and inspiring Cistri stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver integrated campaign strategies aligned with business growth priorities.
- Lead insights and thought leadership initiatives to enhance market presence.
- Build strategic partnerships and champion a client-centric culture, ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Clients team, and Heads of BD and Marketing & Communications.
- Manage CRM and digital channels and support the adoption of internal enablement tools.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
About You:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in business development, marketing or client strategy, ideally in professional services or consulting.
- Strong commercial acumen and market knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia (Middle East experience a plus).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing growth strategies and leading high-value pursuits.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, tight deadlines and multiple internal stakeholders.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
